"Very good"

Very friendly staff even though we arrived later than planned. Comfortable beds, basic accommodations. Walking distance from train station.

Great location, closed to train station, and I could directly take bus from airport. Old building with elevator, clean room.

The location was good, close to Roma Termini train station and we even took a morning walk to the Colosseum. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the coffee and snacks that were left in the room for us. Check-in was flexible, and the host communicated well with us. We stayed two nights, and can recommend this place.

The best thing about the property was the location. You could walk almost anywhere and the metro was very close. The room over all was very simple but we weren’t looking for anything fancy since we wanted to be out exploring anyways. Very nice owners they also let up keep our luggage there prior to check in and after check out.

It is spacious enough for our two large suitcases. Towels are being replaced everyday however there is a bit of an unexplainable smell. Vintage elevator is quite fascinating.

Nice clean room, spacious. Location was good of you want to do alot of touristy things or need to leave Rome for day trips. Termini station was a couple of minutes away.Staff was nice and friendly.

The air conditioner worked great. We were there when Rome was hitting 95 degrees or more and the room was almost too cold. A lot of espresso and small cakes were very much appreciated.

It was very close to the Rome Termini and walking distance to major attractions We were able to check in early. They had coffee and some breakfast snacks in the room
